I was deeply moved by the prayer wheels of Tibet. There’s a story that has stayed with me for years, about an elderly woman who, despite her frailty, walked to the Potala Palace, diligently turning her prayer wheel. Her unwavering faith and determination made a lasting impression on me.
This story symbolizes the utmost devotion, and it sparked my admiration for Tibet. Recently, I witnessed another woman performing a similar ritual on a city street, displaying remarkable faith and conviction amidst the busy urban life. This made me realize how rare it is to find moments of peace and solitude in our rushed and hectic lives.
With a profound respect for Tibet, we set out on a self-driving adventure to experience the devout act of turning prayer wheels by the Tibetan elders.
